SAVING ONE BAY STREET chronicles the remarkable rescue and restoration of an endangered building of historical and local significance in the seaside resort village of Watch Hill in Westerly, Rhode Island. The preservation effort of the circa 1887 Lanphear Livery spanned five years and cost some $6 million.
