An update on a story NJ Spotlight News first reported in April. The mother of 24-year-old Kyle Mullen, the Navy SEAL candidate who died during “hell week” training, continues her nightmare journey, with her push to reform the training process. Last week the U.S. House voted to approve the "Kyle Mullen Naval Safety Enhancements" amendment. It was led by New Jersey Congressman Chris Smith.
