Among the biggest local news stories this past year was the sudden arrival of 49 Venezuelan migrants on Martha’s Vineyard in mid-September… sent there from Texas by state officials in Florida. David Wright recently visited some of the migrants and the people on Martha’s Vineyard who helped them to find out what implication this episode may have on their hopes to remain in the country.
