Protesters urge Camden City Council to oppose the project slated for Gibbstown
There’s a new sense of urgency in the fight against a proposed South Jersey Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal. It’s a facility that would ship highly flammable LNG produced in Pennsylvania around the world by way of train cars carrying the liquefied gas through South Jersey communities. Opponents rallied in Camden Tuesday evening, urging the city council to oppose the project slated for Gibbstown.
