County clerk: Voters are a bit angry right now

One county clerk sums up the angst and confusion preceding the July 7 primary election in New Jersey. The clerk says voters are calling her office by the tune of 600-plus a day saying they want to vote in person. Gov. Phil Murphy ordered most voting by mail-in ballot because of the pandemic.
